Refund Policy

Effective Date: 26th day of March, 2026

Clients may cancel their agreement within 24 hours of signing, provided services have not yet been rendered.

To cancel, a written notice must be submitted to Foreclosure Defense Corp. If mailed, cancellation is effective based on the postmark date.

If a cancellation is made within the 24-hour period, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

Requests made after 24 hours or after services have been rendered are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s discretion.

Once services or documents have been delivered after the 24-hour period, refunds are generally not available.

This policy does not affect any applicable statutory rights.
